Especially now that we are in the endemic stage of this virus. Does anyone have an updated answer?

However I need my medical procedure. Not sure what to do and this organization seems to pro-jab and pro-testing, I’m really not hearing any objective information or feedback. Hope I’m wrong, would rather have the truth more then anything.

I agree also. The above is not providing an answer regarding the no-symptom individuals. I would stick to the Right to not consent.

My hospital has a strict policy that requires pre-op covid nasal swab test. I suggested a saliva test instead, but they state their policy is firm with the preferred nasal swab. Can they refuse my treatment if I refuse the test? Why do I have to prove that I’m not sick with covid, absolutely no symptoms to have an out patient procedure.

It states in past examples public health supersedes individual health but if a person has no symptoms then they pose no risk to the public so then they should be able to rightfully refuse?
