Lindsay, OK ER hospital refused entry/treatment

August 2021 my daughter was having issues with her heart and our primary dr asked us to go to the ER for an EKG. We arrived at the Lindsay, Ok ER and the doors were locked. I got the attention of the person on the inside who said we would have to wear a mask. We have an exemption but would put on our face shield. I explained we were there for an EKG and had no symptom’s of C-19. I tried to get them to understand how important the test was and that she couldn’t wear a mask because she was on oxygen. We were told we couldn’t be seen and they locked us out. We had to drive over an hour away and we were treated without wearing a face mask. This has been turned over to the State Attorney General. Please file a Civil Rights violation if you experience discrimination such as this. Also contact your state Representative’s and Senators. Your voice needs to be heard!
